As a key member of the Americas Property Marketing Hub, the Graphic Designer on the Capital Markets team is responsible for the development of marketing materials to effectively showcase and market properties for sale. • Books travel as needed. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment • A creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who brings strong design aesthetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales environment • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, marketing collateral and long format design The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
