What You’ll Do • Development of sales and marketing collateral, including: • “At-a-glance” documents • Event materials • Account plan presentations • Organizational charts • Video presentations • Client meeting decks • Image library • Brochures • Newsletters • Equipment cut sheets and drawings • Tradeshow banners/signage • Enter new and existing data into internal system and website content • Record and track changes and updates to internal system and web content • Maintain websites using CMS • Create and monitor project plans, schedules and reports while managing documentation pertaining to assigned projects such as progress, issues, and opportunities • Conducting regular status checks on websites and internal resources to report necessary revisions/changes • Manage release of marketing materials and publications • Participate in data migration • Generate and submit weekly “Flash Reports” to Marketing & Communications Manager to communicate updates on project status • Develop SOPs for specific duties within immediate area of responsibility • Ability to recognize and recommend development of new solutions within immediate area of responsibility • Other duties as assigned
