Pratt Institute's Communications and Marketing division seeks a Graphic Designer who will be a key member of the Creative Services team. The Graphic Designer, under the supervision of the Creative Director and Assistant Creative Director, will work in collaboration with our writing, digital, marketing, and client services teams to produce attractive, user-centric, innovative designs for integrated, multi-platform use across Pratt's Web, digital, and print media. Responsibilities • Assists the Creative Services team in applying the Pratt brand across projects for various departments of the Institute. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a deeply collaborative, multidisciplinary designer, with strong interpersonal skills, who is passionate about design and its impact, is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of visual systems, will have impeccable design skills, experience managing multiple client projects and deadlines, and demonstrated ability to develop design concepts across multiple touchpoints consistent with desired project goals, messaging, and user experience. The Institutes impact expands beyond its 25-acre residential campus in Brooklyn to cutting-edge facilities throughout the borough, a landmark building and public gallery in Manhattan, as well as an extension campus, Pratt Munson College of Art and Design in Utica, New York.
