Graphic Designer

The role involves preparing client-provided artwork for large-format print and exhibit production, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency across graphic assets. Responsibilities • Review incoming graphic requests to confirm specifications, dimensions, materials, and production requirements • Prepare and evaluate client-supplied artwork to ensure proper resolution, color accuracy, and print readiness at final output size • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign) to create, edit, and refine production-ready artwork • Apply fundamental design principles such as layout, typography, and color management to ensure visual accuracy and consistency • Collaborate with account executives, designers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of graphic requests • Support production-related design tasks, including large-format layouts, exhibit graphics, and print-ready files • Proof, review, and verify graphic materials prior to final production approval • Track multiple active projects while meeting strict production and event deadlines • Set up, organize, and maintain job folders, show files, and version control for efficient workflows • Ensure all graphic assets meet technical specifications for print production and exhibit installation • Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded • Maintain organized documentation to support smooth production and project handoff Skills • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, production art, or a related role within a print or production environment • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat (InDesign a plus) • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites, including Word and Excel (PowerPoint a plus) • Understanding of print production workflows, file setup, resolution standards, and color management • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work independently or as part of a team • Strong verbal and written communication skills • English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating print and production-related work required Benefits • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Company Overview • Providing temporary staffing solutions for the light industrial and clerical sectors, the GotWorX team possesses decades of experience and proven records of success within the staffing industry.
