The Graphic Designer is a significant part of the Marketing and Communications team, and creates and manages graphic design for print, web and video, including email campaign distributions, app content, the monthly newsletter, and more. • Sign-on Bonus - $2,000 • $1,000 paid at the end of 30-days of employment • $1,000 paid at the end of 6-months employment • Benefits • Medical Plan (World Challenge pays 93% of employee premium). • Life Insurance (World Challenge pays 100% of employee premium). Duties and responsibilities • Graphic & Digital Design • Designs print and digital collateral for outward facing messaging • Creates a wide range of graphics and layouts for use within and without World Challenge • Creates imagery for video production team • Edits photography from fieldwork to be used in media • Designs Content for Social Media • Creates and designs imagery for social channels • Collaborates with Senior Graphic Designer to ensure branding standards are met across all social media • Design Content for Website • Designs and creates landing pages for the website • Ensures that the website is inline with current promotions and messaging • Design Coordination • In collaboration with Senior Graphic Designer, the Graphic Designer speaks into: • Vendor created items • Contractor created items • Designs centered around campaigns • Other Responsibilities as Determined by Manager
