Graphic Designer

Skills: Experience in photography and video content production. Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? Design and produce printed publications such as brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, and reports.Create artwork, images, and graphic layouts for print and digital media.Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of assigned projects.Produce photography and video content according to project specifications.Utilize desktop publishing tools to format and assemble data and reports.Manage website updates for the Finance and Administrative Services division.Coordinate and present design solutions to supervisors and other departments.Provide customer service by answering department-related questions via email and phone.Prepare reports, forms, presentations, and routine correspondence as needed.Document and maintain ongoing status reports of projects.Collaborate with the Public Relations and Marketing departments for college-level projects.Perform other duties as assigned. Experience in photography and video content production.Knowledge of website management and content updates.Experience in presenting design solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with spreadsheet and presentation software to create dashboards, graphs, and flowcharts. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.Excellent knowledge of desktop publishing and page layout design.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research.Familiarity with video production software and techniques.Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex tasks with limited supervision.Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
