(Minimum education and experience required to perform the duties of this position) • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Project management experience a plus • Understanding of accessibility standards for digital and print media. • Experience with web design principles and responsive design (HTML/CSS knowledge helpful). • Creativity and Innovation: Capacity to generate fresh, engaging visual concepts that align with marketing objectives and member needs.
