You’ll work closely with the creative and account teams from kickoff through execution, ensuring work aligns with brand standards, strategic intent, and production best practices. Responsibilities • Design and execute creative assets for digital content and print channels, including social, banners, websites, landing pages, email, and other marketing materials • Build clean, organized, production files and finalize for delivery • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines • Work within technical and regulated industries • Support and contribute to agency creative work, including video and photography • Ensure strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency across all deliverables • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies Qualifications • 1–5 years of experience in a creative agency environment • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field • Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, effective design solutions • Solid understanding of digital design fundamentals, including responsive and adaptive design • Experience working across multiple digital platforms and content formats • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and making adjustments as needed • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc), Figma, PowerPoint, and production for current best practices • Familiarity with motion design, animation, UI/UX principles and AI-based creative tools (preferred) • Have a keen interest in emerging design technology and trends Why Choose Spot Spot is a fast-paced, fun-filled creative agency delivering innovative marketing strategies for consumer and business brands across a wide range of industries.
