Benefits: The ideal candidate will have some experience, but not required. Must have good communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment directly to maintenance supervisors. Experience with apparel design and production is a must.Experience with channel separation and output or Screen Print Color Separation ability is a plus.Experience with large format digital printing a plus.It is not uncommon that you will be expected to turn around 5 or more designs a day, including multiple options for each.Much of our work is for schools and local businesses but we do some higher end designs as well.You may occasionally be asked to help in other departments of the company depending on need.We are a very low drama workplace.
