Position Overview This role will report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with upper management and sales team. Key Responsibilities • Report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate with upper management on branding and marketing initiatives • Design professional marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (with a strong emphasis on InDesign) and Canva, including: • Technical product documentation • Brochures and data specification sheets • Case studies and application-focused visuals • Develop digital and print assets for: • Social media • Website content • Promotional campaigns • Trade shows and sales support materials • Design and produce monthly marketing communications (e-blasts) for distribution partners • Upload, embed, and format new marketing materials on the company website, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and a high-quality user experience • Ensure all visual assets adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert complex technical information into visually compelling layouts • Manage and organize the marketing asset library, including version control and file accessibility • Prepare files for print production and coordinate with external vendors as needed • Support sales team with customized marketing literature and presentation materials • Participate in daily and weekly check-ins with the Marketing Director to review project status and upcoming deadlines Pay: $ $35.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance
