This is an in-house role where you’ll own execution, collaborate closely with marketing partners, and see your work show up everywhere—from car wash sites and campaigns to digital ads, memberships, employee initiatives, and more. What You’ll Do • Concept, design, and execute creative across print and digital channels • Bring seasonal promotions, brand moments, and campaigns to life • Design assets including: On-site merchandising & field marketing materials • Digital ads, email and website assets (front-end), POS UX, sales collateral, events, apparel, video, photography, and more • Create dynamic content such as GIFs, carousel ads, videos, animations, and motion graphics • Execute from creative briefs—or turn rough ideas into polished designs • Work within and help evolve established brand guidelines • Maintain clean, organized files, templates, and brand asset libraries • Support additional creative needs including HR, employee branding, Learning & Development, and internal initiatives • Stay current on design trends, UX/UI, typography, digital marketing, and emerging creative tools • Leverage AI-powered design and asset generation tools to enhance efficiency and creativity What Makes This Role Exciting You’ll be embedded in the business, working across multiple teams and touchpoints, with the opportunity to shape how the brand shows up in the real world—on-site, online, and everywhere in between.
