What You'll Be Responsible For: Required Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of professional design experience • Mandatory portfolio showcasing real client work (MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or corporate B2B preferred) • Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences experience is required. Strongly Preferred: • Experience designing landing pages • HubSpot email design and build experience • After Effects and/or Premiere Pro • Experience with data visualization graphics • Ability to explain design rationale in portfolio case studies • Experience working with regulatory or clinical teams What We're Looking For: This role is ideal for someone who: • Can take a request and run with it • Does not need step-by-step creative direction • Understands how to design within regulated environments • Knows that a typo in MedTech can mean regulatory issues or reprints • Functions as a second set of eyes for quality control • Has clean layout discipline and strong visual hierarchy
