Graphic Designer

We are in search of a skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team based in Denver, Colorado, United States. As a Graphic Designer, your primary role will be to effectively translate creative concepts into compelling design, manage materials production for campaigns, and support the overall agency marketing efforts. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a social change focused agency and make a difference with your work!Responsibilities• Generate creative design for owned, paid, and social media channels, including but not limited to presentations, posters, brochures, ads, and reports in both digital and print formats.• Collaborate effectively with the creative and content team to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts.• Participate in presenting work to both internal teams and clients, taking feedback into account in order to refine designs.• Prepare final files based on provided specifications for both digital and print materials.• Work closely with video production partners to contribute to the design and production of video assets.• Proactively address any issues that arise within the creative and content team.• Stay updated with new design tools, formats, and processes to continually innovate creative output.• Assist in managing internal marketing projects.• Oversee the cataloging and archiving of creative materials in line with agency operation procedures.• Contribute to the development and execution of creative concepts through the design and development of collateral.
