The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, a passion for graphic design, and a strong ability to collaborate with team members.Responsibilities:• Develop design concepts for campaigns related to leasing, renewals, staffing, move-ins, and more.• Design a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital ads.• Collaborate with creative team members to ensure cohesive and impactful content.• Maintain consistency with company branding across all design projects.• Utilize tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to create visually appealing designs.• Communicate the rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders.• Research and implement modern design trends to engage target audiences, primarily college students.• Assist in creating event materials, corporate manuals, training guides, and RFPs.• Develop taglines and other copywriting elements to complement visual designs.
