As an individual contributor, this role creates and makes recommendations to improve content that supports learning objectives and uses current and innovative graphic design techniques and strategies. Required: • 2 years of experience in graphic design within learning and development or related area. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design and animation software. • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and animation projects or other digital material. • Ability to act as a consultant regarding all visual learning material needed within Instructional Design and Content Development.
