Create and direct visuals for a brand that helps people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. This role owns our visual assets for marketing and brand identity, directs creative across every touchpoint, and work that makes people stop scrolling, and pay attention. What You'll Do • Creative vision across all brand touchpoints • Paid ad creative across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and beyond • Brand illustrations and icons • Landing page designs that turn clicks into sign-ups • Social assets that build recognition and consistency • PDFs, print pieces, and partner materials • In-product illustrations that improve the user experience • A growing library of templates, guidelines, and reusable assets • Direction of freelancers, contractors, or agencies as the team scales • Close collaboration with paid media and product teams What You Bring • 3+ years in graphic design, illustration, or a related role • A portfolio showing strong visual design fundamentals and performance-driven creative • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools • Ability to set and communicate creative direction — not just produce the work • Comfort designing for different platforms and formats • Art direction is a plus • Experience directing other creatives or managing external partners is a plus • Experience with print is a plus • Openness to feedback and iteration This is a full-time, hybrid role with two days per week in the Richmond, VA area.
