Graphic Designer

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, often requiring outside resources to produce the most effective design • Design and work with SBM’s IT department to develop and enhance SBM • Support content development and design of SBM go-to-market collateral • Support marketing and sales presentations • Design and produce compelling print and web materials • Design and develop trade show materials • Work/negotiate with print vendors and other contractors to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality standards • Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns in accordance with SBM brand strategy and style guidelines • Maintain SBM style guide and ensure compliance with internal external vendors • Track, benchmark, and maintain inventory of marketing materials • Maintain inventory of photo work, artwork, and film; maintain marketing literature, archive files, and sample files • Stay abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds • Adapt to the changing needs of the department, develop new skills, and assist with projects outside of normal job responsibilities as needed • Be passionate about all things UX/UI and other areas of design and innovation; research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies • Travel may be required Education and/ or Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
