General Summary This role supports a variety of client projects and internal initiatives, requiring strong visual skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with strategy. Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Manager of Marketing to manage day-to-day design projects, strategically plan the most effective use of design techniques and materials, and deliver high-quality design assets for both client initiatives and internal business growth efforts.Design digital and print assets including social graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, HTML emails (Mailchimp), and web visuals.Design and build landing pages and website pages using WordPress page builders.Deliver on all graphic design activities related to each client with minimum delay, efficiency, and accuracy.Collaborate with marketing team and Account Executives regarding design projects for client’s business growth campaigns.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use.Maintain consistency across brand systems while adapting designs for different clients.Receptive to feedback and revisions efficiently and professionally. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite)Highly developed planning, organizing, and time management skills with attention to detail, quality, and timeliness.Highly developed communication skills.Possess strong problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of general operational processes, policies and procedures.Refined knowledge of graphic design concepts, design programs, and techniques.Ability to understand and interpret various concepts, practices, and procedures to produce desirable outcomes.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
