Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred • Proven experience in signage and large-format print production • Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed projects (not digital marketing or web-only design) • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign • Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP and Large-format production workflows • Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory • Excellent attention to detail and quality control • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
