Graphic Designer

pModern Woodmen of America is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help elevate and evolve our brand. In this role, you’ll design and manage the production of print materials and videos for our publications and special projects—bringing fresh ideas and bold creativity to every piece. Fraternals are unique membership organizations that pair the “member-owned” characteristic of a mutual insurance company with the “social mission” characteristic of a service organization. They unite individuals with common bonds, provide a variety of life insurance and investment products, and form one of the nation’s most effective volunteer networks./p pstrongResponsibilities: /strong/p ul liDesign a variety of print materials for home office departments, including magazines, newsletters, postcards, flyers, brochures, posters, and other print media./li liCapture and edit photos and videos to inform, educate, motivate, and recognize both internal and external audiences./li liCollaborate with project teams to align graphic design with content and messaging./li liApply Modern Woodmen’s branding elements consistently across all projects, ensuring adherence to established standards./li liMaintain branding guidelines and assets (logos and graphics), and oversee the organization of photo and video libraries, including image release documentation./li /ul pstrongWhat we need:/strong/p ul liAssociate’s degree in Graphic Design required; Bachelor’s degree preferred./li li3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design./li liA portfolio showcasing your work must be submitted with your application./li liStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail./li liProven experience in publication layout, graphic design, basic photography, and video creation/editing./li liProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign./li liFamiliarity with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects preferred (not required)./li /ul pstrongWhat we offer:/strong/p ul listrongPay: /strongThe hourly pay for this position is $30.00. /emspanemModern Woodmen is committed to providing a respectful environment where each person’s diverse opinions, attitudes, attributes, and feelings are respected./em/span/p p /p pModern Woodmen of America is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help elevate and evolve our brand.
