This role is ideal for someone with 5–10 years of experience who enjoys working across a variety of projects in both print and digital. We’re looking for someone who: • Has strong design fundamentals and a sharp eye for detail • Is comfortable managing multiple projects at once without missing deadlines • Can take direction, but also think creatively and contribute ideas • Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Has experience in both digital and print design • Communicates clearly and works well as part of a collaborative team • Can take ownership of projects and see them through from concept to completion • Thinks like a customer and understands how design supports the overall experience
