Graphic Designer

This is a hands-on packaging and label production role, not a digital, social media, or marketing-only design role. Strong packaging and production experience with print-ready file preparation Solid understanding of FDA food labeling requirements Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) Strong typography, layout, and design skills Experience working with printers and reviewing print proofs Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience supporting private label customers Experience coordinating packaging approvals and working with cross-functional teams Experience with packaging die lines and production specifications Experience creating renderings and mockups Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or CPG environment The pay for this role in the state of CA ranges from $74,000 - $85,000 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location.
