We’re looking for Graphic Designers who understand how to create visual assets that not only reflect a brand, but drive engagement and results.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/div> <\/div>If you know how to blend creativity with conversion goals, and you thrive in fast -paced, feedback -rich environments—we’d love to connect.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/div>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/div>Design high -performing ads, landing pages, social content, and brand assets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Collaborate with marketers, content creators, and performance teams to bring campaigns to life<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Contribute to visual direction for campaigns, branding, and storytelling<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul> <\/p> Qualifications<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/div>2–4+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in an agency, startup, or fast -paced environment)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital marketing, social, and web<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Experience designing for:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Performance marketing or paid social<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>DTC or e -commerce brands<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li>Brand identity and storytelling<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/ul> <\/div><\/span>
