Graphic Designer

Processio Strategic Services is advertising this position on behalf of our client, Todd Interests. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join Foxfield Agency in support of brand development, visual identity, and design execution across our portfolio of luxury real estate and hospitality assets. Experience in luxury real estate development or five-star hospitality preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and related design platforms Familiarity with content management systems and digital design workflows Strong aesthetic judgment with meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, design-driven environment Skilled in presenting and articulating design concepts in alignment with brand vision Portfolio demonstrating professional or academic design work Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate within a refined, luxury hospitality standard of service and presentation Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when needed Highly organized with consistent follow-through and accountability Professional presence with a positive, service-oriented demeanor Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Requires periods of standing, walking, sitting, and light physical activity Role may include both indoor and outdoor environments Uphold and elevate the Todd Interests brand standards across all creative output Produce high-quality visual design assets using industry-standard software Design and support development of branded communications including newsletters, emails, brochures, and member-facing materials Create and maintain signage, wayfinding systems, maps, and visual identity elements across properties Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to execute design initiatives Maintain organization of design assets, tools, and materials, including recommendations for enhancements Continuously refine and refresh brand materials to ensure a cohesive, elevated, and enduring visual identity
