Avanciers is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Hub Americas team as a part-time, embedded resource. This role will support both day-to-day and high-visibility marketing initiatives by creating compelling visual assets aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Design marketing and sales materials including PowerPoint presentations, templates, brochures, and digital assetsCreate executive-level and customer-facing visuals that align with brand guidelinesTranslate business concepts and messaging into clear, visually engaging designsCollaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders across teamsEnsure all deliverables meet branding, confidentiality, and quality standardsRequired Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Advanced expertise in PowerPointExperience designing executive-level and client-facing materialsAbility to work independently while collaborating with distributed teamsExperience in B2B, industrial, or engineering environments (preferred)Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plusEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of professional graphic design experience
