You will work closely with our marketing team and get involved in all aspects of the department, including brochure and branding design, responsive website UX, digital advertising and website banners, event stands and large-format event graphics, packaging and product design, social and web content, and much more.You will be working in a collaborative environment and constantly learning new skills to help the brand and company reach more people in a beautiful and effective way.This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys applying their creativity across a wide range of projects. How would you measure the impact of design?This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and passionate about applying thoughtful, user-focused design across multiple mediums.Key responsibilitiesAssist in the creation of new cover designsDesign marketing collateral, including website banners, digital advertising assets, event banners, brochures and printed materialsCreate new graphics, logos, branding and visuals for display materials across print, web and merchandisingContribute to responsive website UX and visual design, ensuring layouts work seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobileWork closely with marketing and our web agency to support website updates, landing pages and campaign visualsTry new packaging design processesCreate animations, GIFs and visuals to showcase devices and the companyAssist in prototyping and testing different production processes for new product ideasAssist in the creation of production process guidesPrepare and create 3D prints of new products and prototypesHelp to create and update graphics for print and online useUse the existing media and graphic library to create new workManage and maintain the existing graphic libraryPerson Scorecard:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat attention to detailExperience using Figma or similar for UX website mappingAble to show portfolio of design work (this could be from school/college/university, a previous job, or personal projects)Self-motivated with a hunger to learn new skills and find new ways to apply themExcellent organizational and time management skillsThe ability to manage multiple creative projects wellThe ability to plan your own time, and create your own project plans with deadlinesAbility to meet deadlinesProactive approach to innovationResponsive and timely, you will communicate quickly with partners and keep stakeholders updated on progress.Experience with Photoshop & IllustratorExperience of using 2D & 3D design software (Blender 3D)Web design experience (Figma preferred, and basic knowledge of CSS/HTML a plus)Wordpress CMS experience3D printing experienceA basic knowledge of materials & manufacturing methods used in product developmentDesign for Manufacture experienceTo Apply2) Attach your CV and a Cover Letter which should evidence the technical aspects of your knowledge, skills and experience.3) Include visual examples of your work.
