Graphic Designer

Zawyer Sports, Jacksonville is seeking highly motivated, outgoing, and dedicated candidates for our Graphic Design Position. Candidates should expect to build upon their work experience in the fast-paced, results driven world of the sports world.Finalists will be contacted for interviews. ResponsibilitiesProduction of advertising assets, copywriting, social media graphics, photo retouching, print production, out-of-home, in-game content, team merch, etc.Incorporate feedback from marketing team and management to create multiple revisions of creative deliverables.Assist in planning and executing the social media plan and strategy.Ability to produce Social Media creative that accomplishes the following:Creative work that engages viewersReflects the core of our brand within our social media channelsEnsures brand standards are adhered toDevelop and Edit team websitesExecute email campaignsBrainstorm, conceptualize, execute, iterate, and finalize multiple design projects simultaneously from start to completionResponsible for ensuring total fan and partner satisfaction during games.Assist with Partnership proposals as neededMeet deadlines and deliverables on timeAll other duties assigned QUALIFICATIONSStrong graphic design and production capabilities, including at least two years’ experience as a Graphic DesignerExpertise using the Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), and Microsoft OfficeFlexibility in terms of handling a variety of assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on branding, consistency and qualityExcellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and writing abilitiesIndependent, creative problem-solverHighly organized, motivated and responsible with good time and project management abilitiesA team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientationStrong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a cross-team environmentKnowledge of hockey, baseball, and basketball a plusKnowledge of photography a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
