Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate is highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service, with strong interpersonal communication skills and keen attention to detail. Utilize Basecamp, a project management platform to manage, track, and prioritize incoming creative requests, ensuring timely and organized project delivery Work with the team to formulate and pitch concepts to clients Utilize AI-assisted design tools to support ideation, visual exploration, and production efficiency Effectively communicate with corporate team and club contacts through design creation and editing process Consult with clients' marketing teams to create cohesive designs that are in brand and goal alignment Track and log billable design hours, submit time to accounting for invoicing, and support project budget monitoring and expense tracking Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies Estimate time required for job completion and provide updates throughout the design process Meet tight deadlines and multi-task between numerous projects at a given time Regular and reliable attendance Perform other duties as assigned Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA) in graphic design or a related field, with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
