Graphic Designer

Overview: The Designer will lead and organize the team and be responsible for ensuring created Graphics hold true to the brand. Creating a fun and imaginative environment.Able to execute the creative vision of others as well as contribute to creative group discussions and develop solutions.Ability to accept constructive criticism and provide constructive feedback.Have the ability to effectively execute multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.Maintain consistent and open communication with internal team on project status and needs.Contribute to the collaborative and supportive company culture.Attend various Graphic meetings as necessary.Will direct workload to meet due dates and ensure deliverables are met, keeping necessary management informed.Will understand aspects of Graphic Print Production.Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Fromm uses HubSpot) and campaign asset productionOversee print production from file preparation through vendor relationships, vendor communication and press approvals.Develop wayfinding, environmental graphics, and venue signage systems across multiple hospitality locations.Design and produce event collateral including signage, programs, sponsorship materials, and on-site branded assets for large-scale consumer eventsMaintain recurring content production cycles including monthly promotional materials, event calendars, weekly digital display updates, and other time-sensitive brand assetsConcept and illustrate original artwork for beer labels, packaging, and other brand identity applicationsOther duties as assigned.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Graphic Designer or related fieldMinimum of 2+ years of graphic design experience. 401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceWork Location: In person
