In this role, organizational and technical skills are vital, and all candidates must possess proficient knowledge of design software programs. RESPONSIBILITIES· Owns ongoing flow of design deliverables to support the marketing initiatives.· Works proactively and thoughtfully to manage and improve the design process.· Creates creative concepts and final assets to our wide range of target consumers.· Brings design options and variants to the table to test in the spirit of continual improvement and driving the business forward.· Collaborates with the Novato Marketing Team, NY Digital Team and external partners.· Comfortable working creatively within existing platform design templates.· Photo retouching/color correcting.· Video editing and motion graphics.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.· Supports the production marketing pieces beginning with concepting, design, production, and final file preparation.Stay current with design trends, especially within footwear, fashion, and lifestyle industries.· Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE· Proven experience in a professional design role at a consumer brand ideally within apparel/footwear.· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
