The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in fulfilling customer graphics orders and supporting volume copying. The ideal candidate will possess effective conceptualization abilities, strong design skills, and technical expertise. Role and Responsibilities of Graphic Designer:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, preparing layouts, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality graphic solutions. Key responsibilities include:

Prepare and assemble images, illustrative material, and copy while managing the layout for publication.Develop creative concepts and build graphic solutions for customers.Prepare and complete creative concepts, graphic design, pre-press work, and technical specifications.Complete pre-press setup in Adobe-based platforms (Acrobat, InDesign, Pagemaker, Illustrator, Photoshop) for both Mac and PC.Communicate effectively with customers to ensure project success.Develop and maintain accurate customer files based on production workflow.Produce, design, proof, and update materials for customer projects.Work as a team player, contributing to the production process and collaborating with others.Consistently follow up on production activity using various communication methods (telephone, email, etc.).Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in visual communication, graphic design, or a related field (preferred).At least two years of experience in graphic design or the print industry.Strong computer and internet skills across multiple platforms.Expertise in Adobe-based platforms (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for both Mac and PC.Able to manage and optimize workload, prioritize multiple projects, and streamline production flow.Extreme attention to detail in design work.Skilled in copyediting, proofreading, and desktop publishing.An energetic self-starter, driven to succeed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Neat, clean, and professional appearance.Compensation and Benefits of Graphic Designer:
