If you've ever chased a vehicle down I-75 because you designed the wrap — you already know what we're about. You'll produce client proofs that are accurate and compelling, present Good / Better / Best design options on every job to help our sales team close and upsell, and hand off clean production-ready files to our manufacturing team. You have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator and Photoshop are non-negotiable) You're already using or eager to master AI design tools to accelerate your output You can handle a fast-paced environment where every day brings a different project — wraps, channel letters, monument signs, wall murals, trade show displays, banners You actually like talking to people — designers here interact with clients, not just screens You're a perfectionist who can also move fast You take ownership: if a deadline is at risk, you flag it the same day We promote from within, we invest in the people who invest in us, and we'll give you room to stretch.
