Graphic Designer

Our Corporate Communications Team has an opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of impactful visual communications across the firm. Based in a collaborative, hybrid environment, this role plays a key part in creating branded materials, supporting marketing and business development initiatives, and delivering engaging content across print and digital platforms. What You'll Do As a Graphic Designer, you will support a variety of internal and external communication efforts, creating visually engaging and effective materials while helping strengthen and evolve the Psomas brand. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered Minimum 2+ years of experience designing for both print and digital formats Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout design, presentations, marketing materials, and digital content Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, layout, and composition Experience within the AEC industry and/or proposal and business development materials is a plus Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and emerging creative technologies preferred Compensation & Benefits Hourly Range: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Incentives: Recognition programs Time Off: 3 weeks PTO plus 8 paid holidays Total Rewards: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, along with employee ownership and retirement benefits.
