Graphic Designer

Bachelor’s degree, with graphic design major, or equivalent, required Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred, with graphic design as a primary responsibility Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to design and communicate clearly for a variety of media and explain design concepts, options, and decisions to stakeholders Capacity to learn quickly Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a variety of media under tight deadlines; ability to exercise good judgment and diplomacy in complex situations. Must be self-motivated and independent and able to work collaboratively with the Art Director, senior management, and internal staff clients Knowledge of following computer programs/software/skills required: Designs, develops, and/or revises organizational marketing materials for internal clients, such as brochures, newsletters, advertisements, handouts, animations, donor presentations, logos, posters, invitations, web images, etc., for internal and external audiences and in consultation with the Art Director and other stakeholders. Develops and designs graphic identities for exhibitions and special events, working with curators, exhibition designers, and internal stakeholders, maintaining ownership over projects in collaboration with Art Director.
