Our studio has proudly been in business for over 10 years, with over 20 years of experience in the wedding and stationery industry. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented in-house Graphic Designer to join our creative team and grow alongside the company long-term.

Position Overview

Ledgewood Fine Stationery is seeking a highly creative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to primarily oversee wedding day details while assisting with wedding invitations and save the dates. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury design, thrives in a fast-moving creative environment, and enjoys bringing clients’ visions to life through thoughtful, elevated paper goods.

CupsKooziesWelcome signsBar signsMenusProgramsSeating chartsEscort cardsNapkinsMatchboxesSignageAnd other coordinating wedding weekend paper goodsThis position involves both design and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, communicates clearly and professionally with clients, works efficiently under deadlines, and can confidently take a client’s ideas and transform them into beautiful, cohesive designs, even without extensive inspiration photos.

Attention to detail is absolutely necessary and required for this role. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple moving projects at once are extremely important.

This role is not limited to the responsibilities listed below and will continue evolving as the studio grows.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Client Experience

Design custom wedding day details, invitations, and save the datesDesign work for miscellaneous projectsPrimarily oversee wedding day detail projects from design through productionCreate print-ready artwork and production filesSubmit orders to professional printing companies and oversee production preparationCommunicate directly with clients regarding proofs, revisions, approvals, and updatesMake requested design changes efficiently and accuratelyEnsure files are organized, accurate, and production-readyAssist with creative direction and design concepts for clientsBring client visions to life through thoughtful, elevated design workMaintain organization across multiple active projects and deadlinesProduction & Workflow Support

Submit jobs into production and oversee file setup requirementsAssist with keeping project timelines moving smoothlyHelp support studio workflow systems and organizationWork collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on timeAssist with additional studio responsibilities and creative projects as neededQualifications

Very proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required)Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and luxury design aestheticsPrevious graphic design experience (required)Experience with customer service and professional client communicationFast worker with strong attention to detailStrong organization and multitasking skillsAble to adapt quickly and work well under pressure when neededAbility to take direction while also bringing creative ideas to the tablePassion for weddings, luxury branding, and fine paper goodsPreferred Experience With Platforms
