If you love the idea of seeing your work on retail shelves, in email inboxes, and across digital marketplaces, this is the role for you. 3+ years of graphic design experience spanning print, packaging, and digitalExpert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)Hands-on experience with packaging production — die lines, print specs, and regulatory contentA strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchyExperience designing for e-commerce and digital platformsFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools and workflowsThe ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball on quality or deadlinesA portfolio that shows range — packaging to digital, polished to playfulAbility to work 5 days a week onsite at our facility in Richfield, WI.
