They run an in-house production for anytime of signage, vinyl wrap, printed or embroidered apparel as well as a 3000 sq foot gift store featuring brands like Yeti, Turtlebox, Brighton, Enewton and collegiate merchandise. Run by three family members and a staff of 35-40 employees it is known for its community involvement, their commitment to quality products and customer satisfaction and building customers relationships. We specialize in custom apparel and graphics/logo design and we're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys turning ideas into high quality printed products. - Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar software - Knowledge of t-shirt design and apparel decorations - Experience with screen print process and color separation - Strong understanding of vector artwork and print production set up - Ability to work in fast-paced deadline driven environment - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Positive attitude and team oriented mindset Bonus skills include: - Understanding of how to incorporate AI in design field - Experience with embroidery digitizing - Prior experience in a screen print shop or apparel production
