Graphic Designer

Operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the Graphic Designer will work closely with the Senior Designer, and Creative Manager, to produce high-quality artwork for sermon series, ministry communications, events, campaigns, and digital platforms. Translate verbal and written creative direction into clear, compelling design solutions across multiple mediumsDevelop visual branding for sermon series, major events, ministry campaigns, and churchwide initiativesMeet with internal ministry partners to identify goals, design needs, and communication strategiesProduce initial concepts for review and make revisions based on feedback from creative leadership Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent creative problem-solving ability and professional interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-demand, fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignStrong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and file preparationExperience designing for both digital and print production workflowsFamiliarity with social media platforms and scheduling toolsWillingness to learn advanced AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway.ai)Preferred: Experience with After Effects, Figma, and Canva.
