We're looking for a Graphic Designer who's ready to bring that work to life.

You won't be designing in a vacuum. Your work directly supports engineers, project managers, and client teams tackling real infrastructure challenges. You'll see your designs go from concept to proposal to project win, and know your work had a hand in it.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and produce proposals, brochures, presentations, reports, infographics, advertisements, and a wide range of marketing materialsSupport web design, e-newsletters, digital invitations, and mobile-ready contentTranslate technical themes and proposal content into polished visuals, charts, and illustrationsBuild and maintain templates that keep our brand consistent and our team efficientManage our central graphics library so great work gets reused, not recreatedCollaborate closely with Marketing Specialists, engineers, and project teams to hit deadlines and deliver qualitySupport public meetings and client-facing presentations with graphics that make an impact

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field3+ years of in-house graphic design experience; A/E/C industry background is a real plusExpert-level proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft OfficeExperience with web design and working knowledge of HTML; video or Flash experience is a bonusStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ballAdobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
