Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual materials that support Mint Cannabis’s brand, marketing initiatives, and retail operations. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.Must be 21 years of age or older.Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state-issued Facility Agent Card (if applicable). Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.Experience with Adobe Premiere or video/photo editing.Familiarity with HTML/CSS or motion graphics.Experience designing for cannabis, retail, or consumer goods industries.Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.Education and Certifications: Primarily office-based creative environment in Tempe, AZ.May involve exposure to cannabis plant material and related odors.Occasional offsite work for creative projects, events, or photo/video shoots.PPE may be required in certain production or facility environments.Travel Requirements: Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
