We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our groundbreaking products. You'll be able to focus on your craft, creating inspiring visuals that spark the imagination of our followers, partners, and team members. We're looking for an experienced, self-sufficient designer to help elevate how DCI shows up across every channel, producing high-quality work that spans digital, print, product, packaging, and large-format trade show environments, all while keeping our brand sharp and consistent.

What You'll Do

Design and ProductionDesign across digital (social, email, web) and print (collateral, brochures, signage, booth graphics) Build and maintain polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for training, sales, marketing, and internal communicationsDesign assets for Mailchimp email campaigns and deploy digital publications using FlipsnackLead the design and production of trade show materials including booth graphics, banners, backdrops, pop-ups, and event collateralDesign product packaging and label artwork, managing files through the full production processCreate 3D product renderings and visualizations using KeyShot to support sales, marketing, and trade show needsCoordinate with vendors and print partners to ensure files are prepped, spec'd, and delivered correctlyCreate visual content that appeals to a global audience while respecting and reflecting local cultures, languages, and consumer behaviors, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt visual storytelling to fit diverse audience needs

Planning

Work closely with subject matter experts, training personnel, and project teams to plan and execute high-quality contentManage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight, hitting deadlines without sacrificing qualityDemonstrate adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, making quick adjustments to product launches and content based on real-time feedback from global teams and local audiences

Project Coordination

Engage in detailed discussions with internal clients, product and engineering product managers, and other project stakeholders to fully understand each project's audience, objectives, and messagingCreate visual media that aligns with the intended message and resonates with the target audienceWork with the Brand Manager to support brand consistency across all touchpoints, internally and externally

Collaboration

Partner with the Global Creative Content Manager to bring campaigns to lifeWork cross-functionally with product managers, subject matter experts, and global teams to ensure work aligns with both global brand strategies and local market needsParticipate in team reviews and contribute ideas that push the work forwardTravel up to 10% of the time to support trade shows and events

Continuous Learning

Maintain a commitment to staying current on cultural nuances, consumer trends, and technological advancements to ensure our visual content remains relevant, respectful, and effective on a global scale

Requirements

6+ years of graphic design experience, in-house or agencyB2B industry experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environmentsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and FigmaExperience designing and formatting polished PowerPoint presentationsWorking knowledge of Mailchimp and Flipsnack for email and digital publication designHands-on experience with KeyShot for product rendering and visualizationProven experience designing product packaging and label artwork, including dieline setup and print productionProven experience designing for trade shows and live events, including large-format production and vendor coordinationDemonstrated ability to design for global audiences with cultural sensitivity and adaptabilityProven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including content managers, subject matter experts, and global marketing teamsA portfolio that demonstrates range, from brand-level work to production-heavy deliverablesDeep understanding of typography, layout, color, and print specificationsStrong communication skills and a collaborative, low-drama attitudeAbility and willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling or spatial visualizationExperience working within or evolving an established brand systemMotion graphics or basic video editing skillsExperience with product photography workflowsExperience with Craft CMS

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a timeAbility to arrange sets and lighting to capture professional video and photo content

Compensation:

DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basisPay range: $85,700 - $97,200 per year. To ensure equity, our compensation philosophy is to bring people into new roles in the range of the mid-point of that role. Factors considered for pay include the level of skill, experience, training, external market factors, and internal value. Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 11% and 16%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits
