Diligently maintains and updates project management platforms and demonstrates excellent planning and organizational skillsMaintains communication and collaboration with the Creative Services Director and Marketing Concierge Program Manager regarding design and agent/client relationsAids in the daily aspects of promoting Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks and Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate company campaigns, as neededManage multiple projects from concept to completion, maintaining timelines and project details in project management platforms.Provide design ideas and strategy to the agentsResponsible for selecting colors, images, text style, layout and formatting of materials for the company and clients in alignment with the company brand standardsDevelop graphics and visual assets for a variety of creative projects, including social media content, brochures, advertisements, flyers, direct mail, video, web/mobile sites, and digital/print ads.Coordinate with vendors and external partners, submitting creative materials for production or publication as needed. Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline2-3 years of experience as a designer across a variety of practices in graphic designExtensive experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CanvaExperience working with an email/CRM service required. )Adaptive design eye and excellent communication skills – written and verbalAbility to take and execute feedback from peers and clientsDeadline-oriented with attention to detail and ability to multitaskCopywriting and proofreading skills requiredTeam player, quick learner, efficient, and able to work under pressureWorking knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5 a plusExperience with video programs and WordPress templates is a plusComfortable communicating with clients via Zoom or by phoneSolid work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitudeGreat customer service skills
