Each glassybaby is a unique, handmade glass votive, crafted in the company’s Seattle hot shops as a work of art. In addition to hosting national events, glassybaby operates six retail locations in the Seattle area, with additional stores in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and Livingston, Montana.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Redmond, WA. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, working on graphics and branding, designing logos, and ensuring cohesive branding across all platforms. The role also includes creating designs that align with the company’s artistic vision, collaborating with team members, and producing high-quality creative assets to support marketing, events, and retail channels.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and creating visual contentExperience with Logo Design, Branding, and consistency across materialsProficiency in Typography and detailed attention to design elementsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt designs to various platformsExperience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)A portfolio showcasing creative and professional design workDevelopment and ongoing maintenance of a database of ready-to-go assets (still and video) that the agents can access to develop marketing communications (social posts, blogs, digital ads, etc.)Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsDevelop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote the brand through different social media platforms and websites.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
