This role is focused on execution. You will bring our weekly ad, in-store signage, and digital assets to life in a way that is clear, compelling, and consistent with our brand. Key Responsibilities Design and produce weekly print ads with speed and accuracy Create in-store signage that is clear, effective, and aligned with promotional strategy Develop digital assets for web, email, app, and paid media Assist in social media content creation Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs Prepare files for print and digital production Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, retail calendar Collaborate with internal teams to bring promotions and campaigns to life 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience with print production and high-volume layout work Ability to balance speed and quality under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail, especially with pricing and promotional accuracy Clear communicator who can take direction and execute quickly Retail, grocery, or promotional design experience is a plus
