Graphic Designer

LS2group is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Des Moines, Iowa office. We are looking for a detail-obsessed, exceptionally fast-paced professional with a talent for creating polished, corporate-style marketing for all marketing and advertising tactics. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and executing creative concepts for internal and external marketing and advertising campaigns. This is not a role for overly artistic or experimental designers.Thorough and Diligent: You approach every task with precision and take pride in delivering polished work that exceeds expectations.A Team Player: You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a positive, professional team dynamic.Organized and Proactive: You manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines with ease. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing corporate-style marketing materials (please submit samples with application).Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Products, and Google Workspace.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write copy or headlines if asked.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.Experience collaborating with teams, managing freelancers, or overseeing production processes is a plus but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
