Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our print and marketing team at Minuteman Press of Stow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean, professional designs and seeing their work turned into real printed products for local businesses. Responsibilities: Create print-ready designs for business cards, flyers, brochures, signs, banners, postcards, forms, and other printed materialsPrepare customer-supplied files for productionMake edits, corrections, and layout adjustments based on customer feedbackWork with customers and team members to keep projects moving on scheduleReview files for accuracy, quality, sizing, bleed, resolution, and print readinessOrganize and maintain digital artwork and customer filesQualifications: Previous graphic design experience preferredExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopStrong layout, typography, and file preparation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesDetail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced print production environmentPortfolio or samples of previous design work preferredPositive attitude, team player attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
