Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team! Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign are required.

We are a small signage company that predominantly works with real estate, building, and property management companies. We work on a very fast timeline, and are looking for someone who can keep up with that environment, and work with short deadlines. We are looking for a part time or seasonal employee. We believe in a healthy work/life balance, and want to support our employees however we can. Our team consists of 10-15 employees.

A majority of your role will be graphic design, but we train all of our employees on sign production as well, so that they can understand the processes and timelines of their fellow coworkers.

We offer competitive pay, with the starting wage at $22.00-25.00 per hour, DOE. We also pay for any travel time for on site installations and immediate PTO accrual up to 2 weeks for the first 3 years.

Responsibilities

- Collaboration and open communication with all other departments, to make sure that everyone is up to date with ongoing orders

- Graphic design of signage

- Communicating with clients on design

- Printing and laminating designs

- Track orders efficiently in ShopVox

- Setting up client consultation meetings

- On site installation of car and window decals

- Helping in production as needed

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Strong knowledge of design and the printing process

- Knowledge of photo manipulation

- Strong understanding of typography and color theory

- Skills in communicating professionally and respectfully with clients

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively

- Knowledge of ShopVox is a plus, but not required

- Experience working with signage is strongly preferred, but not required
