Job Summary: Manage and run in-house Art Department, design, and produce all branded materials. Assist Production Department in running jobs. Job Responsibilities: Create compelling, creative designs that exceed client expectations.Thoughtfully design with material, production, budget, and installation in mind.Create accurate production files.Create marketing materials, in-house artwork, and templates Collaborate with team members on new jobs to ensure project workflow and timelines are met.Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.Interact with clients for art files, proofing, and revisions.Assist team members with Client Design concepts.Other responsibilities as needed. Experience in the print world is a bonus but not a requirement.
