Pay Information: $36 - $40 per hour

Location: Hybrid in Saint Paul. Tuesdays/Wednesdays onsite.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will develop compelling visual assets that align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines. You will manage medium to complex projects, collaborate with marketing teams, and ensure design consistency across channels. Your expertise will support digital and print campaigns, oversee project workflows, and mentor junior designers to deliver impactful creative solutions.

Day in the Life

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on project briefs.Design digital and print artwork aligned with brand standards.Prepare files for print and digital publication.Conduct photo shoots and create motion graphics as needed.Review and preflight electronic prepress documents for accuracy.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field.2-4 years professional graphic design experience.2-4 years in a corporate B2B setting.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Knowledge of AI, Workfront, and Canto preferred.Experience with storyboarding and motion graphics preferred.Strong understanding of design principles and printing processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.Flexibility to work in-office several days a week.Strong project management skills.Ability to produce compelling visual content with attention to detail.
