This is a generalist role for a designer who likes variety, owns their work end-to-end, and cares about craft on every deliverable — whether it's a 20-foot tradeshow wall or a single LinkedIn graphic. 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)A portfolio that shows range across print and digital, with clear conceptual thinking, typography, and attention to hierarchyStrong fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign at minimumWorking knowledge of FigmaBasic understanding of print production — bleeds, margins, CMYK vs. RGB, and exporting press-ready filesExcellent communication and organization; able to juggle multiple projects and keep stakeholders informedDegree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
